1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, request a pilot, or schedule a demo, we collect the contact details and company information you submit — typically name, work email, company, role, phone (if provided), and the contents of your message.
Pilot & deployment data
During an active engagement, we may process operational metadata generated by the platform — detection events, incident records, action workflows, and configuration. Raw video frames are processed at the edge on customer infrastructure unless the customer explicitly opts into a hosted deployment.
Automatically collected
- Device, browser, and approximate geo-region from server logs
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and aggregate analytics when you consent
- Conversion events for demo and Calendly links when you opt into conversion measurement
- Cookies strictly necessary for preference storage and basic site functionality
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations
- To deliver, operate, and improve the SAFVR platform during a pilot or subscription
- To produce aggregated, anonymised analytics for safety benchmarking
- To meet legal, compliance, and audit obligations
We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer video or incident data to train third-party models without explicit written consent.
3. Edge Deployment & Data Residency
SAFVR is designed to support customers who cannot send raw footage off-site. Detection inference runs on edge appliances or customer-controlled GPUs. Only structured event metadata (timestamps, classes, zones, redacted thumbnails on opt-in) crosses the boundary into our cloud control plane. Customers can elect a fully on-prem deployment on request.
4. Data Sharing
We share information only with:
- Subprocessors that provide hosting, error monitoring, and email delivery — under DPA
- Auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities when required by lawful process
A current subprocessor list is available on request to [email protected].
5. Data Security
- Encryption in transit using TLS 1.2+ (TLS 1.3 where supported)
- Encryption at rest using AES-256 for stored event metadata
- Role-based access control with audit logging on the control plane
- Annual penetration testing and continuous dependency scanning
- Principle of least privilege for staff access to customer environments
6. International Transfers
SAFVR operates from Singapore. If your data is transferred across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Customers in regulated jurisdictions can request region-locked deployments.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary storage for cookie preferences and basic site functionality. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. With separate consent, we use Google Ads conversion measurement for demo and Calendly link events. You can reject or customize non-essential categories in the cookie banner, and you can disable cookies in your browser.
9. Children's Privacy
SAFVR is a B2B platform for industrial operators. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will post material changes to this policy with an updated "Last updated" date. For substantial changes affecting active customers, we will notify the primary contact on file.
